The opening ceremony of this year’s Canon Fair was held on April 15, and a total of 46 Huizhou-based enterprises, including TCL, Unionman, Town Ray, Savae Bike and Ricoma Electromechanical, took part in the first phase exhibition. The exhibited products of these Huizhou-based enterprises contain a high level of innovation content and are well received at the event.
This edition of Canton Fair will be held in Guangzhou in three phases from April 15 to May 5, with a total exhibition area of 1.55 million square meters, a total of about 74,000 booths, and about 31,000 exhibitors. The first phase takes “advanced manufacturing” as the theme, highlighting advanced industries and scientific and technological support. Among them, household appliances, consumer electronics and information products, electronic and electrical products, processing machinery and equipment, new energy vehicles and smart travel are the main themes of Huizhou enterprises in this exhibition.
TCL brought nearly 100 innovative products to this edition of Canton Fair, including large-screen TVs, Thunderbird glasses, air conditioners, refrigerators, washing machines and other six smart technology categories, and new products include TCL Xiaolanyi C7 fresh air conditioner, -40°C cryogenic lock fresh refrigerator and other popular models, proudly displaying its AI applications and other cutting-edge scientific and technological innovation achievements. The much-anticipated TCL Little Blue Wing C7 fresh air conditioner applies AI and millimeter-wave radar technology for the first time in the industry, equipped with AI purification system, and a full set of products are equipped with AI intelligent voice 3.0 supported by the Fuxi large model, which saves energy by 40% while comprehensively revolutionizing the fresh air experience standard.
As the “hidden champions” in the field of many small household appliance segments, Guangdong Willing Technology Corporation brought more than 70 products in 7 series to this edition of Canton Fair, including smoothie machines, ice cream machines, and kitchen waste disposers. Wei Shujuan, the head of the company's foreign trade sector, said that most of its exhibition booths were “at full capacity” most of the time after the opening ceremony of this year’s Canton Fair, and there was an endless stream of buyers who came to observe, consult, test and negotiate. “The Canton Fair is a large platform and very influential. Our insistence on technological innovation is the key to our success," Wei Shujuan added.
According to Liu Fanghong, Technical Director of Robotics Division of Unionman, “This is our company's first time appearance at the Canton Fair. Based on our first-day performance, the effect is very good. The number of buyers who came to ask for the price of our product and possible deals far exceeded our expectations, in other words, made in China products or made in Huizhou products are well received.” In this edition of Canton Fair, in addition to traditional flagship products such as set-top boxes and routers, Unionman also launched new products such as sweeping robots and new energy lithium batteries, which are new tracks and will also be an important revenue growth point for the company.
